- This VIP Buyer Option, when you find at least 2 homes to write a contract on, I'll negotiate on your behalf to help you purchase this one home for at least 5% less than the current listed price. (i.e. the price listed on the MLS - Multiple Listing Service), or I'll give you $500 or 10% of my commission towards closing costs or a gift card, whichever is higher at the closing of the purchase of your home when I’m your agent.
$1,000 back at Closing
- This VIP Buyer Option, when you find the home to write a contract on, I'll contribute $1,000 at closing to your closing costs for using my services as your buyer’s agent.
